Absolutely love the picnic bag but customer service was diabolical. Our order went missing and we ended up calling Anorak 2 days running to be told they'd email the warehouse but no one even bothered to call us back. In the end we gave up and called couriers who wouldn't speak to us because Anorak are there customer. The parcel finally turned up but after the 4 business days advertised are Anorak has the cheek to charge for. Anorak haven't even offered to refund the delivery charge as a sign of goodwill and apology for their bad service. So although I love the products until customer service is improved so they respect their customers then I won't be placing any more orders.
