We bought the Anorak Bee Stripe Picnic Rucksack and the service was fantastic - easy ordering, good communications and speedy delivery. The only reason we've given 4 stars not 5, is because two of the plastic wine glasses broke on first usage (may be user error of course!). We have replaced these with sturdier beakers. The rest of the set is fantastic though and was the envy of our friends at a recent picnic!
