Wonderfully responsive customer service when my delivery seemed to be dragging its heels - I was wondering whether my badgers had snuck off to live with someone else, but they turned up the day after, snug in their carry bag. I look forward to sleeping underneath them, but for now I'm just admiring them. And acknowledging to myself that I'll never manage to pack them back into the lovely drawstring bag.
