I have given Anorak online a five star rating for customer service. I ordered a bee doormat for my Auntie’s birthday and unfortunately it arrived with a hole where some of the natural product had come away. I sent an email and the problem was rectified quickly. Thank you for being proactive and considering the customer. Great effort 🐝
