In order to have my portal unfrozen, I am required to pay thirty percent of the total amount owed. I have been informed that my portal has been locked due to non-payment. Failure to submit the required payment within the specified timeframe will result in a daily penalty of 5% of the total account balance being imposed.
I strongly advise against using this website in the future. Instead, I recommend you file a complaint with SPACETEL-CAPITAL if you encounter a similar situation.
