I felt very respected when handling my affairs as I had very high anxiety as how this would turn out. Their communication was at a level that catered for my understanding and the difficulties I was going through while trying to make sense of the whole thing and how I got to the level of poor management of finances. They gave me a peace of mind as they did everything possible to make the whole process smooth, comfortable, as they had me in mind which reduced my anxieties, fears about the whole process, which at that time seemed extremely complicated and impossible. I have learnt to live within my means and actually manage well without having to think about not having the things that I would like to have. They gave me a peace of mind and good nights sleep as they looked out for me. I am very appreciative of the work they have done with me and above all the gaining of the skills to manage my money in an efficient and effective way without incurring any debts. Brilliant job!!
