The advisors were able to clearly outline the processes, the outcomes and advise how best to manage the IVA. I personally experienced some change in circumstances, but still tried to maintain the same payments, but was advised by one of the customer services team that this could be reviewed and amended to meet with my current situation without the need of a formal review.
This isn't the kind of service that you would perhaps talk about, but if anybody ever did ask, I would have no hesitation in recommending Aperture.
