Very poor communication. Phone calls constantly being cut off. Only seem to care if chasing PPi claims and they keep asking for the same paperwork They ignore my annual review and have been waiting 6 weeks for feedback!! Then informed my review finshes 2018 not 2017 as originally agreed?? Really poor customer service with automated phone calls being cancelled mid way?? Seems to be getting worse by the year Please avoid
