I had been putting off an IVA for many years as I was scared of what would happen and very unsure. After meeting a representative from Aperture at my local Citizens advice bureau all these worries were put to rest. Polite, friendly service. Quick to deal with any concerns and never once hassled me . They were always willing to help.
