Right from starting our 5 year IVA journey we felt fully supported. A full understanding of what we were entering in to really gave us confidence that we would finally get somewhere in sorting our finances back to a manageable position. Supportive, knowledgeable staff were on hand throughout to help guide us through our journey. At times it was still hard to get by on a monthly basis even though we were better off than previously but there was always someone there to help us with answers. We had a few months where we had to shuffle our plan to get by but this was not a problem, we just spoke to our advisor who assured us it would be fine as long as we stayed on track throughout. Now clear of all debt we couldn't be happier, not stressing any time a letter drops on the doormat and the freedom to start rebuilding our finances.
