Working our problems through with the staff at Aperture was so easy and very reassuring which made the whole five years of our IVA much easier to come to terms with, knowing that there was someone on the end of the phone who would listen and understand our worries for the future. It was so nice to be able to talk to real people. We are now comfortable knowing that the last five years are history and will not effect our family in any way.
