Initially, (6 - 7 years ago) I was extremely pleased and comforted by the service I received as everything was done to ensure that I could afford repayments and communication was excellent. Halfway through my IVA things started to go downhill on the administration side of things wherein my emails and letters were ignored/overlooked and I had to make contact on more than one occasion to advise of a change of name AND still you do not have my correct address!! There is room for improvement!
