When I commenced this IVA the company was called Baines Ernst. They were dreadful and very hard to communicate with. Shortly after my IVA commenced the company name changed and then changed again in a short space of time. Aperture were extremely helpful and sorted out a very difficult situation for me when I lost my job and was unable to keep the payments going. They worked out an affordable payment plan for me which I stuck to for the duration of my IVA. My only complaint was with their administration and updating my details when I changed my name and when I moved house as each time they failed to acknowledge my correspondence and carried on using my old name and address despite me sending several reminders. If they sort that side of things out then they will score 10/10 in my view.
