I have often been charged double the amount while using my contactless payment method. Following innumerable phone calls and emails to customer support, they requested that I supply my bank account information and other details, which I did. They then informed me that I needed to contact customer service once more because the matter was complicated. It is obviously impossible to reach the call centre, and when I do, they simply tell me to send another email.
People were awful until I decided to follow a friend's advise and contact T O N E L I M I T E D.C O M, where I received assistance and received my investment and profit back.
