Rarely respond to requests for reviews, but very glad to receive this one. Three aspects impressed me 1) the quality of the 'live' attentive customer service when I called for some clarity, 2) the quality of the packaging which showed exemplary care i.e. the original shoe box, inside an outer box, inside a poly bag wrapping and 3) the top quality of the boots. Look stunning, ooze quality and fit like a glove (same size 9 UK fit for me). Even an extra pair of subdued laces if red are too OTT! Very happy purchaser and high quality boots!
