Not only can you learn a new business, by learning to trade but once you have reached a certain level, they give you a real cash account to trade! The training materials are excellent and the Avery software is advancing in capabilities almost every day. I think, in time, this model will be adopted my many more organisations - and not just in the world of finance either.
