This is my first time using APL and the service I have received has been fantastic. Shirley Miles has been an absolute god send and I hope that she could receive some sort of recognition from the company. From start to finish Shirley has kept in constant contact with me and her bubbly and help attitude is one you would wish to see in all companies that is what I call a valued employee. I hope that this service will continue when using APL's service in the future. I think it would be great is you provided bigger boxes maybe just one more size above the largest that you offer.
