Superb customer service, swift delivery, great prices and reliable quality mail bags and twisted handle bags. Example: I made a silly error on quantity and let the order go through and realised too late. I rang straight away and in 2 mins the "very nice man" (!) had gone to the trouble of doing a second order for me and combining both orders. How good is that?! What more could you ask for?
