From one online retailer to another I salute you. I rang just after the 4.30pm cut off and begged APL to send me some dead plain white bags. They made the courier (who was already on site) wait whilst they processed my order and I got the bags the next day. I am so delighted to have ordered from a company that has the same high standards of customer care as we do, and I will be using APL again but hopefully in a more timely and organised fashion.
