Site is easy to get around. Didn't have the finish I wanted but got an email as soon as they were in stock. Had a query and was to converse with Charlotte on the live chat line who was very helpful and followed up with a welcoming email. Goods have arrived today and I like the texts advising the time of delivery. First time used but will revisit again when in need of more stock. Thank you
