Product/price was great, customer service (i.e. lady on telephone) was very helpful,
delivery made next day but I was out and delivery person seems to have thrown package into my basement yard, rather than leave under steps as I asked, but all well as it had waterproof packaging and wasn't damaged. I left my mobile number in case of problems but wasn't phoned.
