First time I have used APL, found you on a google search, easy to use website great choice of product. There was a delay on my logo ribbon but I was informed straight away and in time to order a replacement for our in store shopping event. I contacted you late in the day placed another order and received it next day. Brilliant service. Big thank you to Shirley - great customer service well done. Will definitely be back.
