On my 3rd order I received the completely wrong order. I emailed yourselves and received a reply from a gentleman called Simon Lawson who gave a very short email by return, It simply explained that my order would be delivered the next working day. There was no apology or empathy given towards my situation. I was not impressed by that at all. I feel customer service is vital and on that occasion a received none.
