Pro: Good products, prompt delivery, easy ordering, courteous follow-up email.
Con: I felt the packaging (plastic bag) made the products a little vulnerable, although thankfully they arrived undamaged. I have experienced damage in the past where products have been wrapped in this type of material, because couriers tend to be fairly rough with their handling of packages.
This is neither pro nor con but there was such a strong solvent-type smell from the tissue paper I had to leave it in another room until the next day after opening!
