I was not able to complete my on-line order, but the lady in customer services when I rang to query the fault, was lovely, and took my order over the phone. Unfortunately their carrier left my parcel at the wrong address, he had to pass my office to take it to the wrong place! What is the point of putting an address on the parcel!!!
