Products are fine - website easy to use; but you'll never get 5 * from me if you insist on charging (excessively) for overnight delivery with no option to wait 3-5 days and not pay high courier charges.
I cant see why you wouldn't give that option - unless you are making small, stealthy profits from overcharging for overnight delivery
BTW the delivery service is, of course, fine
