Although I was sent the wrong size organza bags, after talking to Clare and Joe Cripps, I have since received the correct sized bags the following day. I have been impressed by the generosity of spirit shown by APL as I now have more bags than originally planned. You are the only company that I was able to find that supplies the larger sized bags. This was important because the large bags are to contain toiletries for a hospice in Hayle,Cornwall and I needed 20 bags. Thanks a lot- mistakes happen but APL put matters right. from Dave Ashton
