I was about to order from another company and just phoned APL to get a comparison quote, but the young lady - Shirley - who answered was so helpful and knowledgable that I placed my order then and there with you even though the price was marginally higher.
Also, the bags were delivered the very next day! Excellent service!! Worth the extra £5.00 over the other vendor.
