My husband and I needed our marriage certificate and our FBI backround check documents apostilled and translated. Legatille was friendly and responsive throughout the entire process. I received timely answers to all of my questions, and they kept us informed throughout the way. Their pricing was fair, and making the payment was easy. The only issue preventing from me giving the fifth star is that we were initially told that the process would take 12-15 business days to complete, and in the end it took 25 official business days to receive all documents. We were updated along the way that the process would take longer than 15 days, but did not expect to exceed 20. (We submitted the request on November 21st and received the final record on January 2nd. I am including 2 non-business days for Thanksgiving, 2 days for Christmas Eve/Christmas Day, and 2 days for New Year's Eve/Day in my calculation). However I appreciate that it was a busy time of year for us to make the request, and am grateful that t work was was correctly completed in the end. I would absolutely recommend Legatille to anyone looking for an apostille service, and will use them again should we need any further documents apostilled now that we have been approved for our Golden Visa!
