I am a premium customer which means that I have been ordering for a while now. Never had a problem. You order and usually next day is home, as it advertised. Lately, things have been gone bad for everyone who order. The website was take down and you don't even receive a receipt of your order. I order on the 11 of June,today is the 18th and so far nothing. The customer service first says that there was a technical issue. Then said the order would be going out this Monday, but nothing. Now, they're asking what I ordered?!?!? I asked for the order or a refund, the question is never answered. Now, they put the website up, but aren't accepting orders, so why put it up? It was reliable website and I even referred it to friends, but now, if you look at the actual reviews in the bottom of the page everyone is complaining. There's quite a lack of communication and playing with people's money. So, I certainly would not recommend it to anyone. If I receive my order I will change my review and provide further details.
