I attended an advanced excel training course hosted by Appetite for Business recently. The trainer did a great job of trying to make a pretty difficult topic interesting and informative. He made sure that everyone in the room was included and didn't leave anyone behind. No matter how complex the training was he took the time to explain it clearly and made sure everyone understood before moving on. He was so patient, he really did help me personally get through the day and learn something new.
