At this point Apple is a joke! My family and I literally all have Apple products! I purchased and phone 11 pro max in 2019 along with the Apple + theft and loss protection plan. My son lost his 11 pro max and I’ve talked to I know 5+ people all for the “senior manager” to tell me that they can’t file a claim on my phone! So basically long story short! They’re a flipping scam!!!!
