I've had it up to here with this pathetic excuse for customer service! Over 20 days and still no sign of the CHARGING PORT for my MacBook M1 Air. They keep stringing me along with emails and calls, promising just one more day, then another! Apple's service is a joke, and I wouldn't recommend their products to my worst enemy!
