I moved to the UK for work a few years ago and changed my country. Now back in the US I’m unable to change it back because Apple says there are one or more subscriptions that need cancelling. Easy right?? Just cancel them and I’m good to go? Ah no nothing with Apple is that easy or convenient. Despite canceling my subscription’s and spending all my Apple money I figured I was working with a blank slate, WRONG! Despite following Apples own advice, I’m still unable to change countries and still unable to download a few crucial apps for work. I ended up hard resetting my phone just to be able to download two needed work related apps. C’mon Apple get your act together
