Their lack of ability to support you when you are locked out of your iCloud because of a damaged product that does not allow you access to the iCloud
It feel crazy when you have to enter your password to recover your password or use your old phone (broken) to access your replacement phone and support can do nothing to expedite a seven day waiting period. I appreciate security but other companies can pull it off in real time.
