Apple used to provide great products which were simple to use and fairly decent in price. Now, the company that once put customer satisfaction as the top priority, only thinks of profit, changing USB sockets, chargers, headphone jacks, etc. to only work for their own products. This means in order to use third party products (headphones) you have to buy extra products, meaning more pricey things to buy. That is not customer satisfaction, is it?
