The online website was very informative in choosing the right product for our needs. The delivery was next day - everything was packaged well and I was pleased that we had to sign for the goods, as often things are left on the doorstep and some have been know to disappear! The product was good and as described. Overall, a good purchase and ordering/delivery experience. I would recommend Apple's products and services to others.
