I had purchased a new iPhone 7 plus three weeks before going on holiday. While away I realized something was very wrong with the phone. Once home just popped down to ask for help. The kindness and time which was given to me was incredible. Immediately it was tested and as I thought, was faulty. A brand new phone was produced without question. The Genius Bar guy was fabulous, amazing knowledge but the care and consideration given to me was second to none. It is a first class company with first class product. I am a lifelong fan!
