I have purchased several iPhones, iPads, and MacBooks from the Apple Store. I have always been impressed by the seamless integration of software and hardware and of the high quality of Apple's products. One of the main reasons I keep going back is their great customer support. Whenever I have problems arise, their customer support is top notch and the staff go out of their way in helping me to resolve my tech issues. Keep it up, Apple!
