I am not happy at all with the end-result service provided by Appliance Central. While the online purchase process was as expected, we still haven't received the goods we paid for more than a week ago - an air conditioner that was listed as "In stock". While the delivery is probably not controlled by Appliances Central, the transport company you have engaged, Hunter Express, is truly sub-standard. You should be aware of the multiple online complains by Hunter Express customers, and consider engaging a reliable operator. Either that, or you should honestly tell your clients: "you pay, we'll send it - but nobody knows when (or if) it will arrive!"
