Purchasing the tv was quick and easy because I did that myself. The delivery of my tv was painful.
I received an email to confirm a delivery date. I confirmed that date, yet it did not arrive. There was no phone call, myself and my husband made quite a few phone calls to chase up our delivery.
As a person that works in retail and deals with customer service and deliveries I am quite patient with these situations. But this experience tested my patience, the fact that I myself had to ring and chase up an order when I was at work myself was irritating.
I don’t mind if I had to wait for my order as long as this was communicated to me.
Communication with your customers is incredibly important. Id probably start there to improve a person’s customer experience. Have a good one.
