You sell me something you don't actually have??? and I have now missed out on the eofy sales elsewhere which was through Appliances Online and The Good Guys as i have dealt with them before and have both been hassle free . You then offer me an alternative as a replacement as you have inconvenienced me; only to get another email which requesting more money off me?!? Please cancel my order immediately (Tax invoice AC98523), and due this being an error at your end please ensure a full refund of the already $170 paid through afterpay and the cancellation of autopayment set up too! I am genuinely disappointed as i thought id give this company a go as first impression seemed ok, but now im not impressed at all; particularly with after sales service!
