Appliance Central clearly prefer customers only use the internet for buying and communication. I had couple of questions I wanted answered before I purchased. And as for your use of Hunter Express, I have my reservations. They clearly do not want a customer to call them! Their tracking system is poor and gives you very little information. I have no idea when my purchase will be delivered.
