One star represents the incorrect item sent, not the product itself.
Very quick delivery, arrived the next day after order within Sydney Metropol, Unfortunately incorrect colour sent, requested replacement, but took extreme long without result, then eventually refunded.
Customer service is good enough, but I believe internal process be hard to manage, getting replacement seems to be impossible. A refund then re-order is much easier.
