I ordered a television which was shipped on October 5th. After waiting 3 weeks and trying to contact Aramex couriers myself with my tracking number - I was ignored by them.
I then spoke to Appliances Online and the courier has not bothered to respond to them either. After several follow up calls from me, Appliances Online agreed to refund me 6 days ago in writing. I still have not received anything. It is now 4 weeks since I ordered and paid for the TV (which I have subsequently purchased elsewhere).
Where is my refund Appliances Online??? Not good enough. Avoid.
