I bought a Samsung QN85A 85 inch TV. The process was good and quick. I'm happy with Appliance Central as they had the cheapest price and the order processing was fairly quick. The email communication/updates were good as well. I only give you four stars because you used Allied Express. This logistic company stressed me out. Communication was bad. 1. They notified me last week on Tuesday that a delivery was scheduled and wait 1-2 days. I replied saying if it can be after 12 as I finish work around that time on that week. No reply. 2. On Friday I received a text at 7:30 am saying delivery is on the way. I was at work already and had no time to organize that day. I phoned from work for a re-schedule on Tuesday ( yesterday). 3. Yesterday been waiting this time and no text no nothing. I phoned them and they said there were no deliveries for yesterday. I replied stating it has been booked/arranged. Lucky I was talking to this helpful rep and said the delivery manager will phone me. He/she did not phone me but then I received a text that I had a delivery so suddenly they had deliveries. Got the TV, it's great, watched a few movies while drinking scotch but please reconsider the logistic company you use.
