We ordered a specific model and replied YES to receive it last thursday, then late wednesday afternoon, after my wife organised the day off,i received a phone call saying that the model we ordered was damaged and wasnt available for at least 2-3 weeks and would we like a different model. No actual offers of anything specific. Just a different model. We needed our dryer yesterday. And the one we ordered and paid for.
