Thanks for delivering my TV promptly given this time of year. Unfortunately I can’t understand why you wouldn’t deliver to my suburb when you deliver to suburbs very near to me? This was really inconvenient as I had to organise and pay for a 2nd courier to deliver to my home just 6 minutes away. When the driver(from Allied couriers) arrived at the first delivery address I said to him it’s a shame you don’t deliver to my suburb . He’s reply was ‘We do and even further north!’
I replied ‘That’s not what Appliance Central told me?’
