The whole process was easy and efficient, except for the delivery.
The delivery person did not ring the bell or attempt to call us on our mobile when he arrived. It looked like he was intending to leave the TV on the side of the house. It was fortunate that my wife was returning home at the time when she saw him. I was home waiting for the delivery, and could have easily opened the door for him had he rung the bell or the mobile.
This would have been a 5 star review, had the delivery person done better.
