Quick delivery after placing order. Delivery guys refused to take my old fridge which was part of the deal claiming that "it won't fit on the truck". Now that is arrant rubbish, the one delivered is larger in all dimensions than the one to take away so there certainly was adequate space. They assured me that it would be picked up the next day - the next day New Year's Eve so, as I expected, it sat at the front of my house for 4 days until picked up. As I see it your delivery guys need a big rocket for this. Tell them to make their lies at least credible. Their story doesn't wash to a professional mechanical engineer.
